We use only Macs. We use them for everything from storing photos and listening to music to diagnostics and office work. You don’t need to explain to us how important it is to have a working computer here and now. We understand that. If your Mac giving you trouble, we will get you sorted.
We’ve been trained by Apple and are certified to work with your device. And we are as experienced as they come, and have been servicing Apple products since before they were fashionable. Our workspace and tools have all been inspected and approved by Apple, and that’s why brobrolab is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Whenever we open up your device, we wear nitrile gloves and take precautionary measures to protect against electrostatic shocks. We have specialized in working with Apple programs and operating systems for many years and nobody knows them better than us.
Please create a backup of your files (if possible) before you visit. We never delete information without your approval, but sometimes hardware can act unpredictably. We can help with everything from moving your data to a new Mac to replacing defective parts.

We love iPhones and use them ourselves, but they can sometimes break down. We’ll help you get your phone back in working order.
brobrolab is an Authorized Service Provider. That means we’ve signed a contract directly with the official Apple representative office in Russia. Our workspace, tools and methodology have all been inspected by Apple. All the replacement parts we use are supplied directly from Apple. The average repair time for an iPhone is no more than four business days. When you come to us, you can count on our pedantry, openness and commitment to doing everything with the same attention to detail that Apple is famous for. That’s our approach.
Before you visit, please turn off Find My iPhone and create a backup of your data, because in most cases Apple will simply replace the device. Doing this will save you time. If you can’t figure out how to, we’re happy to help.

iPad changed our lives, letting us process a huge amount of information on a tiny machine that became a family media center. We get that malfunctions seem to always happen at exactly the wrong time and that you want to fix them as quickly as possible. That’s what brobrolab is here for.
We have experienced, certified engineers and our diagnostic utilities come directly from Apple. We’ll quickly find the problem and choose the optimal solution. What we won’t do is unglue the screen or open your iPad. We’re actually forbidden to do this and most of the time when something’s gone wrong we simply replace the entire device. We work in strict accordance to Apple’s guidelines and use their methodology to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. Even if that means replacing the device. All surfaces that your device comes in contact with at brobrolab are made with polymeric foam and our engineers always work in nitrile gloves. We’ll take care to preserve the appearance of your Apple Watch.

We have a huge amount of experience providing technical support. Brobrolab’s engineers are certified by VMware, Microsoft and Cisco, in addition to Apple. We can solve problems with your Mac’s downloads and remove EFI locks, we can set up wireless networks and add printers to your wi-fi and we can install software, including Windows. We can help recover data even from damaged hard drives. But most importantly we do it all carefully. You can visit our service center or have one of our engineers come to your home or office. Beats devices are well made, look good and sound great. We love the heavy bass and bright colors. But mobile devices are more prone to glitches than stationary ones and sometimes they act up.
Luckily we’re never far away. Our Apple Certification means we can assist you with Beats devices. We’ll quickly and accurately diagnose the problem, and if we confirm that there’s a problem we’ll replace the device.
Don’t forget to bring in your proof of purchase and the box your Beats came in, or else we can’t provide service, due to the terms of the guarantee.

I’ve been an Apple fan for many, many years. In that time, I’ve dealt with a lot of different service centers in Russia, and none of them lived up to my expectations.
Now that I’ve got some successful business experience under my belt, I wanted to create a Russian service center that is as simple and comfortable to use as Apple’s technology.

I studied mathematics and have worked at an Apple Authorized Service Provider and as a system integrator. I’m certified by Cisco, Microsoft and Apple, and have provided technical support of several video production and design companies, as well as photography studios.
When I was consulting large companies, I had to seek service support at various organizations and found a complete lack of competence and urgency available for Apple hardware. My partners and I have built brobrolab to fix this.
